3.Maincombustionstages:

Wasteiscontinuouslyheated,burned,andpyrolyzedintherotarykiln,andorganicmatterisconvertedintoharmlessgasesandash.
4.Wastegastreatment:
Theexhaustgasiscollectedthroughtheexhaustgastreatmentsystemandtreatedwithdustremoval,desulfurization,denitrification,etc.toensurethattheemissionsmeetenvironmentalstandards.
5.Monitoringandregulation:
Continuouslymonitorkeyparameterssuchastemperature,pressure,andspeedinsidetherotarykilntoensurestablesystemoperation.
Adjustparameterssuchasburnerandrotarykilnspeedbasedonmonitoringresultstomaintainoptimalcombustionconditionsandincinerationefficiency.
6.Stopoperation:
Whenthewastecombustioniscompletedortheoperationneedstobestopped,graduallyreducethefuelsupplyandoxygensupply,whilegraduallyreducingtherotationspeedoftherotarykiln.
Turnofftheburnerandensurethatanyremainingfuelintherotarykilniscompletelyburnedandextinguished.
Shutdowntheexhaustgastreatmentsystemandcontrolsystem,inspectandmaintaintheequipment.
