    3.FlueGasTreatmentSystem:

    Usedtotreatthewastegasgeneratedduringtheincinerationprocess.Theexhaustgastreatmentsystemincludesanexhaustgascollectionsystem,exhaustgaspurificationequipment(suchasdustcollectors,desulfurizationdevices,denitrificationdevices,etc.),andemissionpipelines.Thesedevicescaneffectivelyremoveharmfulsubstancesfromexhaustgasesandreducetheirimpactontheenvironment.

    4.ControlSystem:

    3.Maincombustionstages:

    4.Wastegastreatment:

    Theexhaustgasiscollectedthroughtheexhaustgastreatmentsystemandtreatedwithdustremoval,desulfurization,denitrification,etc.toensurethattheemissionsmeetenvironmentalstandards.

    5.Monitoringandregulation:

    Continuouslymonitorkeyparameterssuchastemperature,pressure,andspeedinsidetherotarykilntoensurestablesystemoperation.

    Adjustparameterssuchasburnerandrotarykilnspeedbasedonmonitoringresultstomaintainoptimalcombustionconditionsandincinerationefficiency.

    6.Stopoperation:

    Whenthewastecombustioniscompletedortheoperationneedstobestopped,graduallyreducethefuelsupplyandoxygensupply,whilegraduallyreducingtherotationspeedoftherotarykiln.

    Turnofftheburnerandensurethatanyremainingfuelintherotarykilniscompletelyburnedandextinguished.

    Shutdowntheexhaustgastreatmentsystemandcontrolsystem,inspectandmaintaintheequipment.
